- Hi, I’m John DiMercurio.
- I grew up in Saginaw, Michigan, where I learned early that your name and your character are the only things that truly travel with you. My parents worked hard at Michigan Bell, and my grandparents lived just 420 yards up the street. I walked there every day. That short distance shaped me more than I ever realized. It taught me to show up, even when no one’s watching.
- I was raised to believe that discipline, humility, and doing the next right thing, over and over again, is how you build a life that matters. That belief is the foundation for how I lead today.
- Fast forward. I’ve been married for over 30 years, raised two incredible children, and spent my career building and leading high-performance sales teams across North America . Leadership shows up under pressure, not on org charts.
- When things get hard, I lead with rigor and empathy ... pushing for results without losing sight of the people delivering them. That’s how I’ve built teams that hit aggressive targets without burning out, and cultures where resilience compounds.
- Before, during, and after work, I’m committed to becoming the most durable version of myself: physically, mentally, and spiritually. That means showing up for others, leading from the front, and doing the work no one sees.
- In the end, strong character doesn’t need a stage. It just needs a choice. And I make that choice every single day.

- I earned my Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University, with a focus in Organizational Communications and Journalism. It was a combination that taught me how to listen with intent, communicate with purpose, and lead with clarity.

- While at WMU, I joined Tau Kappa Epsilon, where my leadership and sales instincts began to take shape. Serving as both Rush Chairman and Philanthropic Chairman gave me my first real taste of influence, responsibility, and accountability to a team.
- Those early experiences taught me how to earn trust, build momentum, and rally people behind a vision. They are the same skills I still rely on in every boardroom and pipeline review. My connection to both WMU and the TKE brotherhood runs deep, and I still lean on those relationships today.
- That foundation, built on grit, discipline, and real-world leadership, shaped how I show up now: with presence, purpose, and the ability to lead through any pressure.

- As a sales leader, I stay close to the field. I coach in real time, join calls, dig into deal strategy, and develop the kind of rhythm that builds trust and drives performance. I’m hands-on because I believe leadership is about showing, not telling.
